today I did an hour and a half at the gym, and 2 hours of lacrosse. I was bloody proud of myself
but I then feel so foolish when I see what my neighbour is doing to train for the marathon just casually going on 15 mile runs.
So, I have set myself a rule. Unless I finish at 5 (and it’s dark - liverpool is scary at night) I will run home from uni. This will save me money and I don’t have to have gym motivation (although this will on top of gym visits anyway). 3.3 miles every day besides Tuesday - pretty damn good effort on my part I think (considering physio tell me I shouldn’t do excersise for longer than 20 minutes)
